Late orders will only be accepted based on product availability.

1) Print out the PDF file below. Fill in the information. Attach sample color or fabric (if you have it). Give your order to Garrett Britton along with cash or check. I will send you a confirmation email (You MUST include your email address on the form so I can send you a confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation, I cannot guarantee that the order was received.)

2). Fill out the online form below and email it to lbritton2@msn.com. I will reply to your email with a paypal request for payment.

 

3) Pick up your order in the Kamiak Circle 9am -10 AM Saturday May 17, 2014. You can have someone else pick it up for you if you cannot make it. However, we will not be responsible for loss or damage if you entrust someone else to pick it up for you. Do not be late as we will only be there for ONE hour.
